So I figured out a bit of an issue with the Instant Portraits. The portraits only count valid if the class before you switch has their weapon/helm/visor in the same state as the portrait of the class your switching to state. Given that the outfits didn't change at all.

Yeah I'm sorry to bother you about it, we just figured it out. Those two options weren't there for him at all, only a steam payment option. Found an old reddit post that stated that if you opened your account through the steam link for the first time it saves cookies that makes the website think you only need steam payment options. That's so dumb but clearing them actually worked and now he can see them. Took almost an hour to figure this website out. THANKS again for trying to help I appreciate you a lot

Since most dungeons with players can be cleared in around 15 minutes or so (assuming no wipes), and a trust dungeon run can be 30-ish minutes or a bit less on average
