I generally look up the latest rotation guide, then ask around for screenshots of people's HBs. Then I make my personal adjustments. Definitely be sure to take the time in the settings menu to tune in how you want things to act/feel. I've settled into using 3 sets on XHB: the main HB, one whole set on a double tap, and a third hb on sequential input. Gives me 48 action slots in easy placements, and then I have 2 regular HB to keep track of cooldowns in total, and then a third HB for my dumb monkey brain that is sized up and translucent to I don't forget my long CDs or a particular proc

Only by relinquishing the land and repurchasing as FC. Note that if the FC doesn't already own housing and thus be able to relocate, you'll be at the mercy of the invisible timer.

Yep. The lottery system is brand new, and it's meant to replace the invisible timer so that players no longer have to sit at a plot they want for ridiculous amounts of hours spam-pressing Buy to try and be the one person who snags it the instant the timer expires.

Question regarding a confusion on job quests (from Endwalker) and regular class quests.

Im leveling alts post SB, and at the end (ie after lvl70 quest), I get a message saying to continue, I need to complete Job Quests and MSQ quest Shadowbringer?

Im honestly confused here. I thought class quests ended at ShB, then job quests. Not the other way around

Don't buy a level skip, you're not gonna know how to play your class, and you'd have to buy a story skip as well to actually make any use of it, missing the amazing story this game has
And "better" is subjective
