Anyway after unlocking each class you should create a gear set for it
and switch using that from then on
Rather than equipping weapon and then all gear.
Gear sets button is in character window, it's the "page" button above your character portrait
This is important once you unlock your combat class's job upgrade too
because if you don't save a gear set, then you'll have to manually re-equip your job stone every time
and if you forget you'll be screwed a bit
Gear sets can also be dragged onto a hotbar if you desire
meaning you can instantly switch between fully-equipped classes at the press of a single button
