If you activate a weaponskill or other such ability, all others go on cooldown for what is usually 2.4 seconds. These are abilities on the gcd, the global cooldown

the exp from squadron dungeons are, iirc, slightly adjusted but yea squadrons would still largely be better
cos you can do squadron dungeons, even with not that great of tactics but if you do have max tactics it'd be better, in nearly comparable times to player ran dungeons
whereas trusts ofc are hard designed to be completed in roughly 30mins
you can shave it down to like 25~mins potentially but you're never getting close to player times with trusts
