For the record, no plugin or addon or mod can reduce a player's ping. Unless you are changing the physical path your internet signal is taking from your computer to SE's servers (and, crucially, to a path that is physically shorter), your ping will not change. The mods being discussed only implement features to simulate what your gameplay would ideally be like.

Assuming you're referring to squadrons, command missions aren't really relevant content anymore. And since the Trust system introduced in ShB (and carried through to EW) has been adjusted to the Duty Support system and released for ARR leveling dungeons, Duty Support is now the better option for solo dungeoneering.
