You can correct it as best you can by having the right skill speed, full uptime, and lots of practice so you don't end up forgetting to use your buffs. Naturally you're going to end up in situations where you have .6s left on your GCD when Riddle of Fire comes off cooldown, and you can't use it until after your next GCD. But those drifts are so minor that they won't matter when raids are no more than 10-ish minutes either way.

- any job with large amounts of CC output, especially AoE CC, are being flocked to
This is all mainly contingent on the PvP skillset rework being very recent, and people not fully grasping things like game flow, kits with higher complexity, or visual/audio tells for various class abilities.

WAR and WHM are the strongest. WAR is good at CC (AoE stun) + eliminating one person. WHM has great heals, fast-recharging LB (with AoE stun), and good damage.
RDM, SMN, AST, and DRG are considered strong. PLD, DRK, SGE, SAM, NIN, and MCH seem to be situationally strong. BRD can shine in a well-coordinated team, but that’s rare with matchmaking.
Folks hate BLM, DNC, and GNB. Some Balance people meme that you should report all GNB’s for griefing the team.
That’s all I’ve scoped out. I have my own opinions as well, but I need to hop off, so I’ll hold onto those.
