In that case, yes. The restrictions from world travel still apply and additionally, cross world linkshells and all FC functions stop working as well. But everything else still does. Matching, PF, DF, etc.

And for future reference. If the auto demolish timer is active, you have 45 days from the time you last entered your house. They send a couple notices to the email associated with your account as the day approaches too.
