You have so many oGCDs and you want to shove it all in your buff window which requires three oGCDs to be in full swing and I'm constantly panicking because I don't know what to press when and it feels like I don't have enough time to do it all

The reason for the roulette at all is it gives you a really massive XP chunk and may help someone of much lower level get through content that otherwise no one will queue for. But it can be any leveling dungeon, so once that daily bonus is gone, doing anything other than the highest-available leveling dungeon is a waste of your time.

And the key phrase there is "leveling dungeon"; if you're level 60, you want to do the level 59 dungeon. End-of-expac dungeons give shit-all for experience because they were designed with the idea that everyone was max level at the time and couldn't gain any.

Additional note:

• Job a job exclusive fashion gear can be used on role function gear. Example, a PLD relic armor can be glamour over a generic tank gear. However, the glamour will only shows when you wear the tank gear as a PLD
• level equip level, not item level. So a lvl 50 i90 function gear (the one you get from job quest coffer) can actually look like a lvl 50 i130 fashion gear (Ironworks)... But you should just wear the i130 gear.
