To answer a bit more in depth. Samurai are losing a skill but they're getting a "buff"(?) to their strongest moves. Giving them 100% critical hit chance in exchange for losing the power up skill. Whether this is for better or worse remains to be seen. It has caused a lot of discourse about SAM however.

All healers are roughly evenly desired across the tier. Astrologian got a bit of extra pull for p3s because one of its skills is ... basically broken with respect to a specific mechanic found in that particular raid, which is why you might see more of it being requested. Not sure how long that'll last, or if SE will try to balance the skill in question back down.

To answer the question tho of how to upgrade the crafted, you exchange the crafted gear to the npc for tokens and use the item bought with aphorism to buy the augmented version

No amount of stats is gonna make clipping your gcd via triple weave okay
That said xiv analysis is still kinda fucky, especially for old ultimates and smn

@wind zephyr doing 10(any) squadron missions gets you a bunch of emotes too, pushups situps etc if you want them

When I switch data centers to make a character on my friends DC, this is all I see....

Even fully closing and rebooting, this is all I can get when I change DC's
When I try to go back to my home DC it does the same thing
I have to close the game and re-open it to get my character list back
and if I change DC then restart it puts me back on my home DC
