perfect balance is something you weave during combat, at 60 it also lets you use masterful blitz
form shift also only applies for 1 attack, perfect balance applies for 3

One thing that people forget about Perfect Balance is that it also grants the form immediately depending on the GCD. So if you used Shadow of the Destroyer after Rockbreaker to trigger the guaranteed Crit, you can PB for 3 more Crit Shadows and that’ll boost your uptime even further.

But practically speaking, it's quicker to grab a friend, and make sure you have Sardine Throw, then head out either to the beach in Kholusia or by the Inn at Journey's End in Amh Araeng, and have them kill things as you tag them.
Also keep in mind that once you start getting into a range where enemies have more than about 2000 HP, 1000 Needles starts losing its effectiveness as a quick-kill, since it's flat damage.
It's 1000 damage, split evenly between all enemies as well, so if you're pulling packs, it's going to be even less effective.

Are you referring to job gauges? Several received some changes with the release of Endwalker and this resulted in them being reset in everyone’s HUD layouts
So if you haven’t used it since before Endwalker release it’ll need to be moved to your desired location again

Some quests do have combat or some gathering/fishing
But for the MIN/BTN/FSH ones, you only need like level 15/20 at most.

Depends on what you need

i mainly do roulettes for gil or xp depending on ,y curremt goal

Basically all of them but guildhests for Gil if you’re the role in need
They each give around 15k or so at 90, with Trials and Normal Raid being faster than the others on average
As for EXP, that’s mainly Leveling, Alliance Raid, Main Scenario, and Frontlines

If your training involve stats changing but capped out of available point, auto redistribute, so the middle +40, other 2 both -20
