I generally look for things, in-game or out of game, that I can dual-path while waiting for queues.

Unlock all the DoH/DoL, and you can level them by turning in Grand Company daily turnins. You can do these turnins by just buying the items off the market as well.
From like 1-50 you usually get 1-3 levels per turn-in per day (maybe less if they don't have the ' * ' bonus on that day)

as we said before there's not all that much to do specifically at 90 right now because we haven't had a major patch in endwalker yet.
