You'll unlock new poetics vendors in ala mhigo and kugane after, selling ilevel 400 gear. Best shit you can get til level 75 of the Shadowbringers main story

You can turn on a Very Easy mode for quite a few things, though.

I'd hazard Dragoon or Reaper, but all melee jobs have a fairly large amount of abilities to use in their rotation. The best way to not worry about screwing rotations up is to drill them into your fingers at practice dummies and in casual content.

This is why you practice at a dummy and take the time to learn the pattern. Class rotations only seem intimidating until you run through them a few times and figure out what they do.

i thought since SAM has a filler bit you'd be able to recover more easily, unlike dragoon messing up pretty much screws all the timing since its pretty much a hard loop

Samurai in particular is actually fairly set and programmatic, and there's very little to mess up.

And dragoon's burst, oddly enough, exists sort of parallel to its base rotation, which simply continues happening whether or not a burst window is happening, and also only alternates back and forth, so making an error doesn't necessitate error correction so much as it does simply committing to the new pattern
