I finished ARR on the free trial but have no interested in the 100 7th astral quests to get to HW. The quests aren't even good for XP gains and tbh I'm not a story guy despite the praise the story this game gets (I'll likely recap later).
Can I buy the ARR story skip on the free trial or will it not work unless I've paid for the actual game?
Also, if I do buy part of a story skip or complete parts of the story and decide I want to skip them later (or the in between quests like 7th Astral) would I get a discount or are they always full price? Thank you!

MSQ gives more than needed, as it was recently streamlined and they wanted to make sure players had more than enough exp for the level gap later
Before it, players who wanted to do MSQ would be required to do roulettes just to keep up
