Probably. A lot of games will use different shaders/lighting in different areas depending on what they need to reflect. It could be that the lighting is different closer to the aetherite plaza due to the open ceiling.

It's less a question of which ones are least popular and more a question of which ones are available at all. Any plot which happens to come up for sale tends to have a very fast turnaround, given the amount of players who would like to have one (extremely high) versus the amount of plots at all, let alone actually up for purchase.

I know Summoner's class UI changed concurrently with its overhaul, so that's a potential factor there. It is possible that you may have misremembered setting them as simple, especially if it's been come time since you paid attention to them.

For clarity, healers will often use chat macros for resurrection spells, but it's more to communicate to the other healer that "Hey I Am Raising This Person", so that the second healer doesn't also try to raise that person and cause one or both players to lose mana and/or valuable resources like Swiftcast or Thin Air or such.
