but in any case, at level 60 your rotation evens out
up until then your rotation isn't much like your endgame one
at 60 your rotation goes under a major change since you get fire 4
at 72 you add despair to the end of fire phase
at 90 you get paradox which only makes a difference in ice phase where you have one more GCD to press
