Also I recommend either checking the FATE timer or the rate at which you're killing a boss if you take on a single-enemy FATE, because if it's 30 minutes or longer or you're doing ridiculously low percentages of health, you will want to break off and go hit a different fate. But minor single-enemy FATEs should be absolutely fine.

I’ve done WT almost every single week it came out since 3.4 or so, and I’ve only gotten it once for an Ornate chestpiece I sold for 15m.

If you manage to reroll the first 7 to the correct patterns, then you should be looking at 1 in 36 odds for a triple
With 7 filled in a 4x4 grid. If the 7 forms the correct pattern that can produce a triple line, that leaves your 8th stickers 2 correct spot out of the remaining 9 open space, and your final stickers 1 correct spot out of the remaining 8, 2/72, so 1/36
Being able to shuffle the first 7 stickers really help your odds, if you are willing to spend the resources to do the shuffling
