Trust NPCs use a very limited, programmed sequence of abilities with a few extra skills for situational use and/or flavor. When they're using their DPS skills, some of those may be AoE, but likely not all of them.
They also vary their damage output inversely with the player's damage output, so that runs with them take roughly the same amount of time regardless of skill level.

The older version of the Mogstation had a... "feature" where the "Cancel Subscription" and "Cancel Service Account" buttons were right next to each other.

You don't get two accounts with the same login info
That makes them the same account.
You've lost your old account details somewhere.
We can't help you any further unless you can find them.
The account that you're logging into is a free trial account which has never had a bought copy of the game registered to it.
The account that you played on in the past and had a level 80 white mage on is a different account to the one you're logging into now.
