There should be an icon on the lower right side of the item icon that'll show what it will be when you open it, if it doesn't explicitly say in the description.
Like, if it has a tiny white sword, it'll be a weapon for whatever class you open it as, pants will be leg armor, a ring will be a ring, etc.

Judging by what I know of how housing design works, it looks like that "step" is actually just the wooden block I highlighted here, but rotated and lowered via glitching it off of other surfaces.
Quite a lot of housing design in the game is done by doing things the game is not remotely designed to allow you to do, by taking advantage of weird ways the game interacts with itself.

If the healer is simply letting your health drop very very low because it's more efficient for them to use a few massive-potency healing spells and spend the rest of the time killing shit than it is to spam Cure 2 every GCD, then you need to worry more about cycling your cooldowns properly.

For Thunder III, the goal is to maximize uptime on the DoT while minimizing hardcast (non-proc) refreshes. With this in mind, the general recommendation for Thunder III refresh timing is:
Thundercloud proc: use when the DoT is falling off on the target
Hardcast Thunder III (non-proc): use just after the DoT has completely fallen off on the target
Since the DoT lasts 30 seconds and the standard rotation is generally slightly longer than 30 seconds, the refresh timing will naturally drift throughout the rotation. Thus, it is generally expected to refresh the DoT in Astral Fire if the DoT falls off of the target at that time.

Depends on the situation. If they are far away from each other and you're trying to kill them both, and they're not trash, then it might be worth it as long as it won't significantly impact your rotation or fuck up your movement procs.

I think it’s possible but you have to understand that you need to move earlier from AoEs, since you’re naturally delayed compared to others

and yeah, ping isn't an excuse
and you only need 8 people to do ultimate, so queue time won't really matter

It's a setting based on how much time elapses between entries. You can set that interval longer. Hang on while I fire mine up and I'll find it for you.

However, I do question the usefulness of parsing dungeons. Aside from bosses being useful for analysis of your fundamentals and rotational execution, dungeon dps optimisation seems somewhat superfluous.

Addons, as far as I can tell from the CEO, are okay as long as you never bring them up in game or use them to "bully" someone. Strictly speaking about addons that track DPS and such. Obviously stay away from ones that are clearly cheating.
