The problem is I have 144 ping and double weaving is impossible for me without clipping, so I have to do less optimal rotations.
The only time I could do double weave was when I tried doing every weave half second before the sooner I could after animation lock ends (because considering roughly 0.5 secs of action queue).
So I input the first weave at 0.2 secs after the CD, and the second weave 0.7 secs after the first one (If that was a clock, I put the first at 1:00 the second at 4:30). And it worked, but I had to do it perfectly (like if I was playing a fighting game with 1 frame inputs) and I only could do it in a dummy, not real fight.
I wanna know exactly how 144 ping affects me, to know if there is an easier way for me to double weave in a normal fight.
Having double weaves in rotations means that it should be kinda easy for people with low ping, so I wanna know if I can achieve that too with my ping.
Also I don't know exactly if 144 ping is an impediment to easy double weave, and if I should just try a little to do it easily like everyone else? And if it really is an impediment, I'd like to know the easier way to achieve it before completely discard doing optimal rotations.

So you can't, for example, meld a materia VIII (Shadowbringers tier) to Shire gear (Heavensward tier).

You also need a certain crafter level in order to meld higher level materia.

Some parts of the ARR relic want you do to dungeons, which you can run unsynced and with your normal gear provided you kill the final boss with your current-step relic weapon. Other parts require you to complete fates, which you have to do synced as there's no other option.

IIRC the HW dungeon step is similar.
