If, however, you do have the job stone, then the MRD class trainer won't have quests for you anymore. You'll get subsequent job quests from Curious Gorge north of Costa del Sol.

it will get ""reset"" overall so p5s p6s will be extreme difficulty-ish, then p7s and p8s harder, to basically mirror the "first, second third, fourth floor difficulty" thing
but in comparison to a previous tier they tend to get slightly more difficult deeper into the expansion too, first tier is usually the easiest because of crappy balancing, people not knowing their jobs that well etc

And unlike the ARR relic, you can prepare for many steps ahead of time with spending either poetics or GC credits on items that come in later steps.
