Mount Speed Boosts do not increase the flying speed of mounts.

That being said, you don't need the high tier bis to craft the hardest recipes now
Theres a min stat required and you just throw in hq mats to 100% hq
Getting BiS now just guarantees you'll be able to craft the next tier of stuff. And also churn out your crafts quicker
If you're cautious, just pentameld your accesories and add on to the rest guaranteed melds and whatever you need to hit the min stat
