So I have never participated in savage raids before and I am looking to hopefully join a static as a healer. Is there a resources out there stating what is considered the recommended minimum/starting point in order to start raiding in terms of gear, materia, food/potions, etc? I've done a lot of searching around and can't find anything. I don't want to say I can join a static and turn out to be completely unprepared and end up holding others up.
