If u're starting crafters from lvl 1, I'd say try 3 at the same time, any crafter is fine except ALC, CUL and ARM. And when u finish every job quest, don't loot the same reward from them (job quest from different crafters , but from same lvl, give u the chance to select 1 out of 3 gear pieces that can be used by any crafter).
