Just started adventurer squadrons, and I saw somewhere that I should use all 3 training charges a day before I send them out on missions. But I'm also seeing that apparently their total stat pool is maxed out, and any training here just rearranges their stats. In that case, shouldn't I just shift it to whatever soft stat requirements are needed for the mission I want to send them on that day?

Since they put more weight into Determination in Endwalker, is Determination now better than Direct Hit for tanks? From what I'm reading on Akhmorning and reddit posts, Determination is slightly better than Direct Hit, but it's a very small difference between the two after 6.0. You can lose your lures if you fail to reel in a bite, or very low chance from failed catch.

When going for certain big fish and collectibles this becomes advisable to do, so in those cases you want many lures

expensive though.

For regular fishing purposes just make sure to bring a few in case you lose one
