It's ... significantly more complicated than this, based on the combination of all the different nonlinear and incremental ways each stat scales and due to the parallel gear sets at the same item level providing a different set of bonuses, which tend to be mixed and matched to form the theoretical best-in-slot sets. But most of the rough estimates I've found tend to hover between an overall 5-8% output increase per 10 ilvl increase.
However, those estimates were all from before the current expac, so I'm not 100% on how the stat adjustment affects them.

Hey so i saw a video showing that warrior inner release stacks can be removed by normal attacks, while on dark knight his delirium i think it was doesnt. Is that normal?
