is it expected to constantly get people kicked from parties formed in pf? It happened to me twice in less than 2 hours in P2S. After a wipe people left the instance and I got kicked. The requirements for both were to have seen enrage and know mechanics and I cover both. Once they didn't say anything and the other they wrote in party chat my DPS was low.

I'm still fairly new to fflogs as well, but from my understanding: Parse % is a comparison against all other publicly-listed parses for that job in that fight, and is in the form of a percentile. A 33% parse on a WHM in P1S would mean that you did better than 33% of WHMs that have publicly-listed logs in P1S and only P1S.

% is given to people depending of their order in dps dealt (so the amount of players between 0% and 10% is the same as between 40% and 50% and between 90% and 100%)
