If you've got Tomestones of Poetics and nothing to spend them on, you can buy gear with it and use the "Expert Delivery" system (which unlocks when you get some ranks in your Grand Company) to turn in unwanted gear for a sum of GC Seals

It's doable, yeah, especially if you do your roulettes regularly to keep them roughly parallel. Just keep in mind that the level of a quest is the level you have to be to turn that quest in, so there's a mild balancing act needed to do so.

Don't worry about it too much. There's no "correct" way to do it. So go which ever way you want to. If exp is lost at the higher level, you can level alt jobs with other methods.
Or unlock one of the higher starting jobs, such as dancer or reaper, and catch it up to where you are in the MSQ

Yes but they dont always sell for much, its more for crafters so that they dont have to go farm them themselves.
However you can also send your combat retainer out for "Quick Ventures" where they bring you back random items. Expensive Dyes, random dungeon gear for any class, furniture and housing items, etc.

youre paying for it all to work on a mac client, diesel is worthless in a petrol car, you need the processes to actually run your platform of choice. nothings stopping you trying to run ff14 through a windows emulation on mac

So I've been trying to grind my shb relic as I level alt jobs in zadnor, I have the steps where I have to do 30 fates/CEs in the 3 zones. Problem is Bozja is pretty empty and there's not more than 8-10 people per instance. While I don't need any more to be able to do the fates, the CEs never seem to pop at all

So, the alternate method for those quests is to run various ones of the 8-man raids. If the CEs in Zadnor aren't popping, it's because no one is in the zone, since they're based on the frequency of Fate completion in the instance. So although the raids might be more tedious, in this case they may be faster for you.

What I suggest is to pick out a few of the raids from each tier you like doing and which will get you the drops you need (so, from the 3/4/7/8/11/12s), and just queue for those repeatedly.

They're normals, so they go pretty fast once you're in them, especially with gear carrying you. The long leg is going to be the queue time, so if you feel confident going as tank/healer, go for it, otherwise I'd queue for multiples at a time and find something you can parallel path.

If you already did the role quest for dyeing gear at 90 for another class role, why does it show I still have to complete a quest to dye it on another class of the same role?
