do you mean garlond bell? make sure you have stuff selected on the left, seems they updated it since it has been abandonned last expansion, but if you're not seeing anything even with the filters on it's likely your browser is blocking scripts or some such, try another browser or add permissions on whatever blocking stuff you have

it has somewhat recently, but for a completely different reason
Basically the previous time was due to running out of pre-generated codes from the square enix store, or something along those lines
this time it's a manual choice to stop selling the game due to high congestion and limited server space
so there's no real way to know when the game will be available again.

I600 lets you kill things slightly faster, but you shouldn't have problems with overworld mobs or normal mode content with artifact gear and some lv90 dungeon accessories. Savage is for clout, pretty glamour, and mounts, mostly.

The gil mostly comes from doing treasure maps, crafting stuff and selling it to other players, and levequests, although the latter was nerfed a lot.

The only real "gil-farming" method for combat classes are Treasure Maps, which are mainly acquired en masse from gathering (once per week as a combat class, but once per day as a gatherer), they task you with going to a random location, killing some mobs for a loot, and potentially getting a "portal" which takes you and your party to an instance that can drop a varying amount of items and gil

i always just seem to have extreme difficulty playing healers. Pre-EW i was constantly running OOM while playing SCH and AST, regardless of what level i was synced to. WHM is the only one where since I started CNJ from my very first day in this game, I struggle with it significantly less.
