but you don't need a player fantasia to do so

Replace ifrit-egi with the garuda-egi and titan-wgi, likewise Ruby with topaz carbuncle or emerald carbuncle.

Which Grand Company should I choose?

How do I get Grand Company Seals?

You can get more seals mainly by completing your Grand Company Hunting Log (Go to the Hunting Log and click on the GC icon), completing FATEs, and turning in crafted/gathered items to the Personnel Officer if you have crafting or gathering classes unlocked. You can use these seals to promote yourself to higher ranks from the Personnel Officer. Promotions also require completion of your Grand Company Hunting Log and completing specific quests found at your Grand Company base.

Once you are Sergeant 2nd Class you can turn in Pink/Green/Blue-rarity gear in exchange for more seals.

How do I unlock my job?

To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest. i have had major ping spikes a couple hours ago, took a break and theyre still there. i played other games in between without issues, so i dont think this is from my end. this started happening after i got disconnected from the server - does anyone know a fix? Edit: on the top right, the numbers start spiking a lot (sometimes going from 0-4000, but only the receiving one)

You can test this yourself if you're on windows. Open command prompt and type ping 195.82.50.59 -t

Your grand company has an all class set for seals at 50 or you can use the sundry splendors npc in the arr cities for class specific 50 sets. The sundry splendors npc in ishgard should have a decent 58 all class set and class specific gear for scrips as well

Those are the pings from a US computer, you'll have to test them yourself to get it from your machine.

if you go into p2s then you skip loot from p1s, basically you need to clear them in order for loot to appear

you can't go back to p1s for the skipped stuff, you won't see any until reset
