Second floor: (Head/Gloves/Boots) x2 + Weapon Tomestone + Tomestone Accessory upgrade
Third floor: Head/Gloves/Boots + Legs + Tomestone Armor upgrade + Tomestone Weapon upgrade
Fourth floor: Weapon + Chest + Random single weapon + Mount + Minion

Loot Rules: Following each weekly reset, every player has a chance to obtain loot from the Savage encounters of the current raid tier. Upon clearing each floor, you will obtain 1 book specific to that fight (e.g. Book of Anamorphosis) and a chance to roll on the loot from that floor. Pentamelding is "overmelding" more materia than the green slots would normally allow. You can pentameld up to 5 on each piece of gear. The green slots and one additional slot can be tier X materia, the rest have to be tier IX or lower.
Gear dropped from dungeons can't be overmelded, you can only use the green slots. They will say "Advanced Materia Melding Disabled"
People are pentamelding the new crafted gear (ilvl 580 HQ, lvl 90) for the best pre-savage raid stats.

Essentially its a way to get more secondary stats on gear

Hello guys, I'm at my wit's end here. I have been facing extreme lags the past days during night time here (GMT+8, Singapore). Did a few searches around, people say there's some cable issues (which I can't find a single news article or any information about it online), and that peak hour congestion may affect it severely. Today, the issue has started since a few hours ago from about 12noon. I've been doing tracert/ping on command prompt and ngl, it's shit. However, previously when I was playing fine (probably up until the first/second week into EW?), my ping from tracert has always been hanging around 80-odd ms.

Any news about it because I'm really not sure if it's just me or the server just being total crap now. (P.S. I have not changed ANYTHING to my computer set up/location/network connection, so it can't be that it worked previously with the same set up but suddenly just gone to shit?)

Also, playing other games not connecting towards JP servers seem to be absolutely smooth like butter

Per tier:
First floor: (Belt/Earring/Necklace/Bracelet/Ring) x3
Second floor: (Head/Gloves/Boots) x2 + Weapon Tomestone + Tomestone Accessory upgrade
Third floor: Head/Gloves/Boots + Legs + Tomestone Armor upgrade + Tomestone Weapon upgrade
Fourth floor: Weapon + Chest + Random single weapon + Mount + Minion

Loot Rules: Following each weekly reset, every player has a chance to obtain loot from the Savage encounters of the current raid tier. Upon clearing each floor, you will obtain 1 book specific to that fight (e.g. Book of Anamorphosis) and a chance to roll on the loot from that floor. Regardless of if you obtained loot from your weekly clear, you will be barred from rolling on loot from the same encounter until the next weekly reset.

Entering an encounter before clearing the previous floor(s) will relinquish all rewards from previously uncleared floors. (e.g. Entering E12S before clearing E9S for the week will relinquish loot from E9S, E10S, and E11S.) You will lose a chance to earn a book and your chance to roll on any loot that drops that week.

The number of players in your party that have cleared/skipped the encounter for the week will also affect the loot you will get after clearing the encounter.
