Nothing beats first hand! There are a lot of long term characters, lore, and factions set up in ARR. A recap won't provide the same foundation for the story. Most lore people I am familiar with expand beyond the MSQ, not try to recap it. There is probably something out there but the shorter it is the less value it will have. Just my opinion, of course.

I mean, crafter melds are typically just hit the minimum stat requirements for all recipes and then get as much CP as you can. With new recipes requirements that will change a bit. If there is a specific use case you want to optimize for there might be a craftmanship/control break point to go for as well.

yeah sks and sps is quite important, to make sure all the gcds and buffs are lined up
but not all sam will stack sks, like in shb there's a slow/fast sam
just decide which tiering you want and use the calculator to avoid overcapping

dungeon, roulettes or bozja is a good call (also if u do bozja, there is an item inside of it that gives u extra exp while ur in it)
