Afaik they are harder than extremes, but if you have an fc or friends to party up with then it’s worth giving a few shots just to experience it. It’s not impossibly difficult though.

Not at level 55 no, but if you get to level 71 and complete up to 5.1 iirc, you can unlock an extra zone where everyone is synced to 80

you can't switch keybinds, you can move abilities and hide/show bars but the keybinds always stay(might be mods to do that though not sure)

In your duty finder window select the ⚙️ icon on the top left to open up the duty finder settings window.
Inside that window select the setting undersized party before confirming and entering the instances of your choice. NOTE: UNSYNC-ING AN INSTANCE WILL FORFEIT ALL OF YOUR EXP AND COMPLETION REWARDS.
