Buying the game is buying the game, regardless of whether you own a license already or not. The reason a person who already owns the base game can buy Endwalker is because they already own that license, so the key only adds the expansion.
If you own the full game, buy the Endwalker expansion for someone who doesn't own the game, and gift them the EW expansion key, it won't do them any good because they do not own the base game.

Weave Saber Dance whenever you have 50+ Esprit gauge.
That's like, very bare-minimum, not parsing for dps DNC.
