Im leaning towards White Mage because I know I wanna try Machinist (and if I can afford Endwalker by the time I get to max level in Stormblood, Gunbreaker), so it would be nice to level a Healer so when I get round to those I have one role of each available to me. Healer queues would be nice to have while slogging through ARR.

The first rank up needs only three turn ins. The rest all require six.

So if you're doing them weekly, it feels like they're offset.

As in, you'll rank up and the turn ins will change.

Once their rank is maxed, however, the turn ins stop changing like that and, instead, one is selected randomly.
