If you're trying to earn memories for your WAR relic, you'd have to accept the quest as WAR in the first place, but you could do whatever content as 90 NIN.
But you can't accept the same relic quest step for two different classes at the same time.

ShB and EW job gear you can just get back from the same vendor you get it from in the first place.
And I think ARR has a weird roundabout way of getting it back.
