zadnor fate spawns are more consistent so you can basically camp where they spawn which also scales them up so you don't end up getting to fates too late too often

but bozjan is easier if you're solo/very few ppl, although that doesn't happen too often

How do I unlock my job?

To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest. Once you've done the initial unlock quest, you will be given a soul crystal which you must equip to become your class' job.
