its hated because some jackass decided to put npcs in the quest that were not actually part of it. so you wound up clicking on five useless to the quest npcs. I earnestly have no ide4a how it got passed yoshi p. Not to mention it happens at sucha a TERRIBLE point in the story when its just starting to close. These things make it WORSE than ALL the old ARR fetch quests combined. At least there wasnt much happening during those, oh and they didnt jebait you with npc's that dont affect ther quest. Its not even "players being lazy" at this point, its "oh looks like a 1.0 dev stepped in for a moment". The scene after doesn't make it worth it either. The lead up made me despise the cutscene after, knowing how important it was for Uri. i can probably say with total confidense its definitely the MOSt skipped cutscene in Endwalker.

Yeah, i always make sure that's up, cast aspected helios for heals over time on the party and if 3 or more mobs, i'll use gravity - sometimes i'll drop earthly star, divination etc when needed or at the start of boss fights and i'll always use my cards on one of the dps (depending on card) etc

if in a fiight, i use horoscope then aspected for a stronger regen (i think that's what it does) etc

am i playing wrong?

If you're doing casual content then the main focus should be balancing necessary healing with damage output, and managing your class resources. Ideally, if everyone else is doing their job and avoiding unnecessary damage, that leaves you with a lot of free time to smash Malefic/Gravity.

And, sort of, yeah. Helios/Aspected trigger its second effect, but that second effect is another aoe heal sitting right in Horoscope's old place that you can trigger at will or let expire.

using divination on mob pulls is also a good habit, people underestimate how much party buffs in trash pulls can speed up a dungeon, too many ASTs hold divination for bosses only

horoscope is best used either before pulling or during downtime, or when very strong healing is needed that you couldn't otherwise manage

due to the cooldown of it, i tend to save it for boss fights or just after a boss fight when i know it'll be up for the fight again

aspected helios + the occasional dignity has always served me well then a few benefits when needed (which isn't often really)

always put celestial intersection on the tank too especially before a fight (for shields)

but when you level all crafter, using dark matter is much better as it a flat 100% durability (cap at 199%)
