'What is Glamour and how do I unlock it?'

Glamour is the process of changing an equipment's look into a different item with the use of Glamour Prisms. You can unlock the ability to glamour by doing the level 15 quests 'If I Had a Glamour' in Vesper Bay, West Thanalan. Although not required, you can unlock the ability to dye gear with the nearby quest 'Color Your World'. You can get the Orange Juice needed by talking to the nearby Merchant & Mender. Items used for glamouring are not lost upon use.

'How do I glamour? Where do I get more Prisms?'

Glamouring is done by right-clicking (Square or X on controllers) on the equipment you want to glamour and choosing the option 'Cast Glamour'. After clicking this you choose the item you want the appearance on the right half of the menu that opened up. You can get more Glamour Prisms by either crafting them after completing the quest 'Absolutely Glamourous', buying them from your Grand Company Quartermaster, or buying them from the marketboard.

We have scheduled maintenance on our systems (database) and we never toggle it manually even though we could. Most likely because of the hassle of logging in and managing it.

Is there a website that neatly categorizes all "item" currencies you get from stuff like Alexander, Deltascape, etc.
I have filled my inventory which all those stuff and no idea where to spend them.
Not to mention the ones that I might not care about but I am not sure if they are important or not.

armory bonus is based off having one main job that's capped (depending on what have registered on account) and jobs less than it get double xp until level 80 (then 50% to 90). more if have a preorder earring around (endwalker or an earlier preorder)

crafting and gathering can already powerlevel with leves/weekly delivery so that's seperate

Telling ingrained fans of Square/YoshiP that Square engineering is worse than Blizzard, seems to rile them up.
E.g
Their lag compensation is abysmal. AOE mechanics should be lag compensated on client side for instance.
The slow GCDs (which I like) is a symptom of slow server update loop/tick. They had to slow things down in order for the servers to run properly.
It feels like a project that's built on a house of cards, with an insanely high QA budget.
Not that I complain, their product feels polished in terms of bugs compared to Blizzard.
But inherently Blizzard have better engineering.

every melee DPS besides Ninja uses Str as main stat, secondary stats is whatever you should just equip highest ilvl, but if there's a choice, it's usually crit > direct hit > determination > skillspeed(but sometimes you want skillspeed to certain lvl, only for max lvl gearing though)

- These are how you reach the endgame and every other bit of content is locked behind it to some extent. MANDATORY
- These unlock a feature, instanced content, job actions, or a thing that is important for you to have. Do the ones related to your job/class and ones that unlock new content
- These usually have very little exp/gil as reward and are usually just part of the world/lore expansion. Mostly optional unless you are interested in doing them for the fluff
- These are quests you can do more than once, how often you can repeat it is up to the individual quest.
