My suggestion would be to bunch up these skills in a way that's comfortable to you, as they are the ones that change in to step actions.

Red, Blue, Green, Yellow
ST: Cascade, Fountain, Reverse Cascade, Pirouette 
AOE: Windmill, Bladeshower, Rising Windmill, Bloodshower

For example on mine, the ST actions at 1-4 on my main hotbar, and AOE actions are Shift+1-4 on my 2nd hotbar.

Normally GNB should have no problem with wall to wall. Although in EW I've only done the dungeons with trusts so far. I did a few wall to wall pulls just to see how they do now, and they were rough, but I chalked that up to it being the same trust issues from ShB.
