It depends on what you think is easy. Some might find doing a completely strict rotation (example, Machinist) with no variation very easy since you don't need to handle variation, others might find the same rotation punishing because you can't make mistakes

Do NOT spam roulette. It only gives bonus xp once per day and you can't guarantee a higher level dungeon which'll give more xp

small private plots only have 2 rooms, 1 ground level & 1 below.
splitting a room in 2 is already pretty limiting in placing items.
if you're looking to actually have rooms, get a fc house as it has up to 512 instanced rooms (1 per player)
