If youre not testing it effectively as long as youre plaaying FF its hard to say its FF causing it and not your controller. I would try a new cable if possible. At the same time it could be that the server load or your ping is stopping an input from time to time? I would check forums on lodestone and see if anyone else has had this problem

“Error 2002” may be displayed when selecting a character in the Character Selection menu. This error is displayed when the login server is experiencing high amounts of traffic or when the number of characters waiting in a login queue for a logical Data Center exceeds 17,000. This is a measure to prevent the server from crashing due to extreme traffic overloads.

I found Ex Titania to be a good place to begin. There is a tank switch, everyone have to move based on macro, and you need decent skills to play. I think there is a similar extreme in 6.0, though I still haven't been able to log in to the game yeet

At the end of the day it doesnt matter too much with where you start. IE, I started at eden and cleared the tier. Normal content, into extreme/savage is a good way to dip your toes regardless of expansion. At the end of the day youre starting off and it doesnt really matter. The fight you start at is subjective. One of my friends got into raiding after doing DR once. Liked the pace andd wanted something more challenging.

No. Even if you have the strongest gears that you have, the clear time will be around 30 min. It might take longer, but it's only around 2-3 min at most

I know the earring helped but I saw tons of level 80 Reapers and Sages within like 6-10 hour range of game going up, so it wouldn't be long before they are at max. And also a lot of people will get burned out waiting in queues and give up playing for a few days also lessoning the servers load

Though in fairness... every single expansion .. I am baffled by people who talk about their DPS queues being insanely long. So far, the longest I've ever waited in this expansion as a dps .. was 15mins. With many queues being instant .. and I do mean instant like 0 seconds
