Up to you. But I would like to say that it is pretty easy to have one class do story for exp, then have another class that do just daily roulette plus some dungeon to stay at the same level.

Furthermore, the game offer hidden exp bonus for any combat class who are trying to catch. For example, if your highest is a lvl 21 Gladiator, then your other combat classes get a hidden exp buff

If you got hit with Error 2002, it's because so many people are trying to login at once that the servers cannot take it and cancel the login order. It's recommended you try again in a few minutes sine FFXIV is receiving more login requests than EVER before.

No. The Daily Roulette bonus is separate from all EXP boosts. Note that the main roulette bonuses useful for leveling as time spent vs reward are in order: Leveling > Main Story Roulette > Alliance Raids > Trials. The others can help but aren't optimal if you're rushing to the level cap.

My recommendation is remove all skills off your monk, find a striking dummy, hit it while adding your skills back one by one. This way, you experience "leveling up" your new monk

From what I know, your level 1 trait lets you swap element with spell without spending any MP. It doesn't let you swap from AF1 to UI1 freely

I leveled Reaper to 80 in one day. Took me about 6 hours collectivly, i think?

If you haven't unlocked Zandor yet, BSF if fine too, just a tad slower and have more running around the map
