they are not rebalances for damage, they are rebalancing for behind the scene damage formula to bring physical and magical damage under the same formula

GIMP is a free image software you can use to edit images with pretty easily, it works differently than photoshop obviously, so you may want to look at tutorials if you cannot find the image you're after.
