you can consider the other methods of getting the sands, like the extreme primal materials which are 2 good choices if you're not a trial player
price check the materials and see which of the 2 sets are cheaper to buy, or grind them out yourself if you have a level 80 job to solo with.

@scenic kelp check the site for restrictions, you can fight overworld mobs, do parties and stuff, but can't join the same FC(guild) and can't do some of the content like treasure maps, plus you have to go to your own server to check your retainers for example
that's why it's best to start on the same server for long term
