They join every FC I’ve joined and make slight remarks about personal info about myself in sneaky ways just to piss me off. It’s only recently after several months my friends caught onto it and at first they being naive would gaslight me. But now they support me. When you transfer almost everything is transfered as is on your character and retainers. If they're stalking you in game, record or write down specific quotes and include them in your support desk ticket

It’s sad but I may have to retire that character until we can set lodestone to private, and I’ll have to make a new char, skip potion them, transfer all of my Gil to that character, and then transfer to a new data center.

what you could do is in the keybind, assign a key to Hotbar 1 Button 1, say Y or whatever, and then when you press Y it'll use the first action, useful for potd, but mind you later on you'll have quest where you play as another char and it replaces like 3-4buttons at once and that'll be clunky(but it's one time and clicking would be fine)
