Levelling question: When I don't get the Duty Roulette bonus, the levelling duty roulette doesn't seem worth it because you might get the level 16 dungeon as level 40, and you hardly get any XP.
Following that, I would pick the highest level instance I can get and run that repeatedly, but even as tank or healer, running the highest sub-50 instance takes AGES to find a party for compared to POTD, is it actually worth it to do that?

You could. At that level you'd probably cap early in shb/late stormblood assuming u are doing all roulettes. The MSQ exp is very nice. You can pick up dancer or gunbreaker, both start at level 60 so you'd be good to start stormblood, wouldn't even need to level up first.

To try to clarify this better, there's no actual way to do the Bahamut raids "properly" anymore, because the kits you had when Bahamut was freshly released have long since disappeared, and none of the classes function like they did back then.

You can do "miminum item level" for the challenge, but that's about the closest you can get—and in that case, you're going to want to be able to find a party of people who also want to do that content in that way.

Which, those groups do exist.
