Even if you do them all, you will need to do all the side quests in the area to unlock flight, and those are locked behind MSQ progression. Also in HW most of the time MSQ is gonna lead you to the aether currents so just check the compass every now and then

from my personal experience with trial spells, they're like a 10% learn rate when done unsync

I have just been running the Duty Roulettes once for each type to get the daily bonuses in tomestones then going to Eulmore and trading them in for gear.
