HQ scales exponentially when filling the bar and is increased by certain abilities (Touch abilities)
however, it doesn't matter if the item hits 100% quality (guaranteed HQ) if the craft isn't finished, i.e. the progress bar isn't filled (by Synthesis abilities)

and then enable "WXHB" (bizarre name) to get another set of buttons for double-tap L2 and double-tap R2

Poetics is short for Allagan Tomestones of Poetics. At level cap there are separate tomestones for buying level cap gear, one of which is weekly capped.
Those are gained from level 80 content.

BLM will also get their level 72 trait right at level one, which basically removes transpose from your rotation completely, outside of downtime.
(It lets you cast a spell of the opposite element for 0 MP)

What's the macro to quick cast and revive target?
If you really want to, google a macro and copy/paste it. Generally, these kind of macros are either slow or tend to be wonky/fail.

the first 15 levels, receipt can be done independently, but you will soon see the cross-section, so bring them to like 20 at once then trying to keep each other at 5 level max in between

I'm not sure if ARM make anything for your DOH/DOL, probably will have more effect on DOM/DOW jobs

I was doing cutters cry but whenever the "The Chimera's eyes glow blue" etc text popped up on the middle of the screen I never noticed it, is there anyway to make that pop up text larger?

actually the text only a warning before hand to the next boss mechanic, not necessary important, what you should making bigger its the focus target cast bar (always focus target boss), so you know what it casting to react accordingly

you can move your healthbars closer to the middle
I think the original location is far away to the left/right edge of the screen

It opens randomly in a very large time window
And remains buyable when that Timer runs out until someone gets it
