you can get it under 30mins as a tank by forcing big pulls. There is a bit of a misunerstanding by the community based on an interview by yoshi-p. the adjustment is not based on how much dps you are doing, its an adjustment based on the role you're playing
So they have higher dps when you're playing a tank or healer to make up for the fact your personal dps is not as high as a dps'
