Some mounts allow multiple people (2/4/8) to ride at once, with all mounts having the same movement speed. A partial exception to this rule is the SDS Fenrir, a mount from the Mog Station. The SDS Fenrir acts as if you have the first mount speed boost obtained from completing specific quests in the story, making it a bit faster than other mounts, but only until completing the relevant story quests for that zone.
Can I make my mount faster?
Zones have one or two ranks of mount speed that increase the ground speed of mounts. The first rank comes from completing specific quests in the main scenario quests, with the second rank coming from Riding Maps which are bought with either Allied Seals, Centurio Seals, or Bicolor Gemstones. Mount Speed Boosts do not increase the flying speed of mounts.

You don't lose "high level" blu spells when you level sync like you do on other jobs. You can still use those spells earned from level 60/70 content in level 50 synced duties.

So, this is kind of up to you at this point. The ShB relic weapon is the best weapon you can get right now. But with the expansion release scheduled for the beginning of December, it's going to basically be obsolete stat-wise in a month, maybe a month and a half.
That said, some of the skins for this expac's relic are really cool, so if you want to get one just to have the appearance, that's also "worth it", depending on your definition of worth.

Undead have “HP” aggro to where they aggro on people with less than 2/3rds HP, IIRC
Elementals/sprites have Spell Aggro and attack people that use spells fairly close to them

How is the haste in Eureka and bozja, is it really helping?

Crafters all share gear so we generally recommend levelling them all at once
So you're not stuck with 5 different crafter chest pieces for the different levels your crafters are at
That and ishgard restoration makes levelling crafters so stupidly essy
